Deep Thought

Song Story: I was in deep thought when this evolved into what it is. One of the better outcomes of that process of thinking.

Optimistic

Song Story: I’m optimistic and so is this song. Upbeat, bubbly, and feeling pretty good about itself.

The Prophet

Song Story: I didn’t think much about this song until I listened to it through my normal speakers instead of my headphones (which I used for just about all recording and mixing). Then it hit me, gave me goose bumps actually. I recall listening to it, thinking…Wow. That was it. There is nothing special here, it just hit me that way, and the title came to me as I listened. Probably one of my favorite creations.

Popcorn and Porcupines

Song Story: Probably, this has become one of my favorite tracks ever. Not sure why, I just love this song and the pop and prickly sounds that come together to make it all happen.

Didn’t Mean It

Song Story: I felt like this song reflected on how I would react if I did something that I didn’t mean to do.

Harsh Happening

Song Story: This song was the outcome of doing something I didn’ mean to do…something harsh and negative.

With Meaning

Song Story: A family member passed away far too early, lost in a car accident at a very young age. I once thought it was without meaning, but looking back, I can see how that accident, that loss, brought so much meaning to so many lives.

Eine Kleine Nachtmusik

Song Story: I did this song on the Commodore 64 way back when. I thought, let’s do that again…and I loved every bit of it.
